We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the MagicBG mobile application, related services, website, and all publicly available websites and subdomains provided. We want you to understand what information we collect, what we do not collect, and how we collect, use, and store information.
By installing and/or using the Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the rules of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Personal Data Collection and Use

You may register and log in to our services using third-party platforms (e.g., Google). If you choose to do so, we will collect certain personal information from the third-party platform to facilitate account creation and login. The specific information collected may vary depending on the platform but typically includes your name, user ID, email address, profile picture, and other information you have chosen to make public on that platform.
We only collect personal information from third parties when we have verified that they have obtained your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your information to us. Please note that we do not control and are not responsible for how these third-party platforms use your personal information.
1.3 Payment data
If you use our paid services, we collect payment data to process payment and refund requests.
1.4 Log and Usage Data
Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our App and which we record in log files. Depending on your interaction with us, this log data may include:
Information about your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, files viewed, and other actions you take such as which features you use);
Your IP address;
Device event information (such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL).
We use this information to improve our Services, develop new services and features, and protect you as well as other users. Such information will be guaranteed to be under control of MagicBG. We shall protect such Log Data through both technical and administrative means to prevent the risk of loss, improper use, unauthorized access, disclosure or changes.
2. Operational Data Collection and Use
2.1 Cookies
Cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies are usually small text or image files that are placed on your device when you visit our application. Some cookies are essential for our application to operate smoothly, others are used to improve application functionality, such as:
Statistical assessment and website performance improvement;
Affiliate cookies to identify the customers referred to the Site by our partners, so that we can grant the referrers with commissions;
Cookies for personalizing the content of the Site for users, such as setting the default language.
You can set up warnings for every time the Site places a cookie in your browser, or you can choose to disable all cookies. You can do both through your browser settings. Since each browser has a different procedure for managing cookies, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to do it.
Please note that choosing to disable cookies may negatively affect some of the features that make your Site experience more efficient.

3. How Do We Use Uploaded Images
To use our app for photo editing or image generation, we require access to your photo library and camera. You must explicitly grant this access through the pop-up request that appears on your device. Until you decide to upload images, they remain on your device and are not stored on our servers.
We may collect information about the images, such as identifying objects, scenes, facial and body features, and their presence and location within the image. This information is collected solely to provide relevant functionality and is not stored. Other than images used to perform the requested processing, we do not collect or store other media files (such as audio, video, voice or call recordings).
All uploaded images and data are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are used solely for the requested image processing. We ensure that your data will not be disclosed to any third parties.
4. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Third Parties
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
We use a variety of third-party service providers to help us provide the Application including business analytics, marketing, and other services. These providers have limited access to your information, including in some instances User Content, to perform these tasks on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

6. Storage and Retention of Data
The Company may process and retain your personal information for the period necessary to obtain your consent or to accomplish the purposes specified in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This information may also be retained longer due to applicable legal obligations or based on your consent. You are entitled to request the deletion of your personal information. If you wish to delete your account, we will initiate the deletion of this information immediately.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Please note that various data protection laws in different jurisdictions govern your privacy rights as a data subject.

Right to Access: Know and access personal data MagicBG has collected about you;
Right to Restrict: Restrict the processing of your personal data (when there is a legal basis for that);
Right to Rectification: You have the right to ask for the updating, rectification or integration of your personal data;
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account or personal data;
Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Your Personal Data: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal data. However, MagicBG does not sell any data to third parties;
Right to Opt-out of the Sharing of Your Personal Data: In certain circumstances, we may share the personal data you provide to us with third parties to deliver targeted ads that match your interests. You have the right to opt-out of this sharing by emailing support@magicbg.net;
Right to Complain: If you are a resident of the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If you wish to delete stuff or implement any other of your rights, please contact us at support@magicbg.net. Please note that you will need to pass through the Account verification process so that we can verify you are the owner of the Account before taking further action on your request.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions. If we discover that we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice to you, consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
